Mondays are such food oriented days. Anyways, for Illustrating the Edible, we had to illustrate a recipe that had a significant meaning or memory attached to it. I chose my grandmother's recipe for homemade Italian meatballs: 1. There are delicious and 2. It's basically the household staple. Actually writing about them now, makes me want to have some. The piece is done in graphite pencil, drawing ink, and water color, and then I scanned it in and cleaned it up/laid in text on Photoshop. Let me know what you think.
